As part of the OCC team, this role supports Customer Care Locations (CCLs) through proactive service, problem resolution, and effective communication

- Manage billing using client‑quoted pricing and ensure accuracy within established timelines.
- Process operational files in compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Review and validate gross profit to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain clear and accurate customer instructions within core operating systems, including OneNote.
- Communicate with CCLs to confirm missing information, rates, or instructions.
- Partner with the system process team to support automation initiatives related to Operational Care.
- 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within a logistics or freight environment
- 1 years of hands-on billing experience, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate-level skills in Excel
