How you create impact
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and trust-building.
- Clarify, negotiate, and formalize operational requirements with customers.
- Design and implement customer-specific solutions to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our service offerings to support new business.
- Serve as the single point of contact for new business implementations and joint projects.
- Identify operational risks and communicate them effectively across teams.
- Represent customer needs within the broader Kuehne Nagel operational organization.
- Create and maintain Master Operating Procedures (MOPs) and support local SOPs.
- Support system setup and process automation initiatives.
- Define and negotiate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with stakeholders.
- Develop reports to monitor performance and analyze root causes of non-performance.
- Present data and insights during global Business Reviews and assist in preparation.
- 4 years of Air/Aerospace Logistics operations, systems, and process improvement experience.
- 2 years experience in a customer facing role.
- Experience leading cross functional projects.
- Project management certifications like PMP or Kaizen beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
