The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will manage customer queries and complaints. Your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, and will be paid weekly at $20.00 per hour. Mandatory overtime is required.
How you create impact
The CSR will also process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
To do well in this role you need to perform the following:
Perform administrative clerk tasks for area or shift
Maintain filing systems and documents per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Interact with customers and employees, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims
Coordinate processing of export orders in the AES system.
Using the WMS system, update area or shift metrics as needed
Additional duties as assigned, mandatory overtime as needed.
What we would like you to bring
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience working with warehouse management systems, order management systems and/or LogFire
A HS Diploma or GED or BS/BA degree in Logistics, Biology, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of major WMS functions and how they relate to operational procedures
Strong interpersonal skills to include communication, presentation, and resolution management with an ability to remain calm and exhibit professional behavior at all times
Working knowledge of MS Office
