- Conduct audits: Execute regular internal audits of production processes, systems, and final products to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory obligations
- Identify, document, and report any deviations, defects, or failures to meet quality standards, including an analysis of the root cause of each issue
- Review and analyze data: Gather and examine quality control data to detect patterns, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare comprehensive audit reports for management
- Stay informed on evolving industry standards, regulations, and quality control methods to ensure the company maintains full compliance
Knowledge And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of related experience
- Interpret blueprints and understand Geometric Dimension and Tolerance
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Standards
- Understand basic concepts of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent
