The Office Admin assists the Site Manager and Human Resources with various administrative tasks supporting the Distribution Center.
How you create impact
- Review employee hourly/weekly time for accuracy prior to submission to payroll
• Weekly Invoicing to customer with attention to detail and accuracy
• Work with agency vendors to keep accurate accounting of agency staff hours for billing back to customer
• Update daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports
• Create adhoc reports when needed
• Perform accounts payable procedures – (invoice processing, Create purchase orders for agency vendors and suppliers for payment of services)

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
• Demonstrable organization skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work extended hours/overtime when needed to support business needs

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
