Aesthetic Injector / Advanced Provider (RN, NP, PA) Kucumber Skin Lounge

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and patient-focused RN, NP, or PA with advanced aesthetic experience to join our growing team. What You'll Do

• Perform advanced cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and treatment planning
• Perform laser and energy-based treatments
• Educate patients on treatment options and long-term aesthetic goals
• Build trust through exceptional patient care and follow-up
• Develop customized treatment plans that increase patient satisfaction and retention
• Participate in practice growth through ethical recommendations and treatment plan expansion
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a luxury client experience
• Assist with training and mentoring team members when applicable

Qualifications

• Active RN, NP, or PA license in Washington State
• Minimum 2 years of aesthetic experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in advanced cosmetic injections
• Experience with lasers and energy-based devices
• Proven ability to convert consultations into treatment plans
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build long-term patient relationships and maintain high retention rates
• Professional, polished, and confident presence

Bonus Qualifications

• Existing patient following or established client base
• Advanced certifications and credentialing in aesthetic medicine
• Experience training providers or supporting continuing education initiatives
• Passion for mentoring peers and elevating industry standards
• Experience with regenerative aesthetics, skincare, and comprehensive treatment planning

Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate Production Commission Bonuses
