Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quality Guardian: Take charge of ensuring the quality and continuous improvement of assigned products during production at Kubota.
- Project Management Wizard: Lead the testing and evaluation of new product models, paving the way for their acceptance into mass production.
- Data Detective: Gather, analyze, and summarize information and trends to prepare insightful product and process reports.
- Regulatory Compliance Champion: Uphold our product and company reputation by adhering to all relevant government regulations.
- Team Player: Collaborate with your teammates to tackle capacity challenges and support each other’s efforts.
- Special Projects: Engage in unique projects as requested, contributing your expertise wherever needed.
- Regulatory Testing Specialist: Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of regulatory standards, including Vehicle Emissions, EU Noise Testing, and ANSI testing.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Educational Background: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a strong grasp of core concepts like mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and material science.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, with a basic understanding of electrical schematics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent technical writing abilities and strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Organizational Skills: A knack for multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, with clear and legible writing skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Software Savvy: Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Access, or SQL is a plus.
- Manufacturing Experience: Previous engineering experience in the manufacturing sector is highly valued.
