We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a Senior Python, React & AI Engineer, located in Latin America. You will join a fast-paced engagement focused on building and delivering a production-ready, AI-driven solution, with potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.
We are looking for:
- 6 years of experience in software engineering (backend or full-stack roles)
- Strong proficiency in Python (core requirement)
- Solid experience with React
- Hands-on experience building APIs and data pipelines
- Experience working with LLMs or AI-driven workflows
- Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar)
- Ability to build and ship production-ready code quickly in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing roles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to have:
- Experience with Azure (App Services, Blob Storage, etc.)
- Background in document processing or structured data extraction
- Familiarity with LLM validation patterns (e.g., LLM-as-judge)
- Experience working on early-stage or fast-moving projects
