We are headquartered in Miami, FL with a strong South American team, and have clients and partners in the US market of all sizes and verticals. We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a Growth Analyst based in located in Latin America. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in similar roles who wants to be part of a dynamic, fast-moving company and support business operations directly.
We are looking for:
- 2 years of experience in similar roles (business assistant, executive assistant, operations support, etc.)
- Advanced English (spoken and written) is required
- Background or studies in marketing, sales, business, or related fields
- Experience working in a software development company is a big plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive) and productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through on deadlines, and think critically to suggest improvements
