What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Kubicki Draper?
Kubicki Draper is seeking an associate attorney interested in joining their litigation practice. 7 years experience in civil litigation required. Experience in Construction Defect Litigation highly desired. This role can be based out of any of our Florida offices and will be on a hybrid schedule.

- Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements
