The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper, is currently seeking an Appellate & Research Associate with 1 years of experience. Prior Appellate or Insurance Coverage experience preferred, But Not Required. Judicial Clerkship is a plus.

- Complex Research and Analysis
- Assist with Drafting Appellate Briefs
- Draft/review substantive complex pleadings and motions
- Insurance Coverage Analysis
- Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
