Respiratory Technician

Provides excellent one-on-one patient care for all aspects of respiratory home care.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):Deliver and pickup oxygen cylinders, equipment, and supplies to and from patientsReview orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the patient is satisfiedLoad and unload items from vehiclesRecord and track oxygen cylinder lot numbers Clean and provide maintenance on DME and respiratory equipmentAssist with routine oxygen concentrator checksProvide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle patient questions and issuesAdhere to assigned routes and follow time schedulesAbide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving recordOther duties as assignedREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: High school diploma or equivalentValid and insurable driver's license Ability to lift equipment of 50 lbs (oxygen concentrators) frequentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service and people skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsMust be able to maintain confidentialityPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Respiratory Technician experienceKUBAT HEALTH CARE IS AN EQUAL-OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERThe statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
