Contract: 8 weeks with possibility of extension

Location: Frazee, MN 56544

Shift: 5×8Night Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay: $30/hour on W-2

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality care and daily support to residents in a long-term care setting. In this role, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, promote comfort and safety, and work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to meet individual care needs. The ideal candidate is reliable, patient-focused, and committed to providing respectful and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist with meals and provide feeding support when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow care plans and facility policies and procedures.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy.
• Accurately document care provided and communicate relevant information to the nursing team.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare staff.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification/license in Minnesota
• Previous CNA experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

License/Certification:

• CNA License (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
