Title of Position
Manager, Clinic Operations
Regular Full-Time (Req # 2025-249) Position is exempt. Usually scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with 24 hours on-call status 7-days a week. Daily hours may vary depending on assignments; the work schedule may be modified subject to operational needs of the department. May be required to work beyond regularly scheduled hours as needed.
Kuakini Support Services
Manages and directs the operations of the Kuakini Primary Care Clinic and Kuakini Urgent Care. Responsible for day-to-day operations, of Kuakini Primary Care Clinic and Kuakini Urgent Care, including budgeting, planning, directing and staffing. Supervises, monitors and directs department activities for the Kuakini Primary Care Clinic and Kuakini Urgent Care. Assists with developing policies, procedures and documentation to maintain an effective clinic. Ensures the development and provision of departmental services in accordance with established policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program required. Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) or CMA (AAMA) required. Requires minimum one year experience in an outpatient clinic management; or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position. Basic Life Support (BLS), certification required with retraining once every two years.
Salary Range $80, 340 — $90,000
