Help Desk Technician
Regular Full-Time (Req# 2025-359) Rotating five days per week, 40 hours, overtime or “on call” may be required.
Kuakini Medical Center
Provides end user first level support via Help Desk. Also, provides primary support for personal computers, printers, and other peripheral equipment. Install and maintain computer with required procedures, monitors systems performance and operation, identifies system malfunctions, initiates corrective action to ensure integrity of production applications, files and outputs. Maintains production schedules for work processed on the computer systems.
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate of Science degree or technical school certificate desirable. Previous experience with Help Desk and/or Desktop Support desirable. Experience with various hardware vendor servers and peripheral equipment (i.e., IBM, Dell, HP, Sun, etc.) is highly required; or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position.
Starting Hourly Rate $24.00
