Job Title: Regional Supply Chain Coordinator
Reports To: Regional Supply Chain & Facilities Manager
Status: Exempt
Location: Regional (Multiple ASC Sites)

The Regional Supply Chain Coordinator provides hands-on, onsite support for supply chain operations across all ASC locations within the network. This role partners with Materials Managers and ASC leadership teams to support daily materials functions, promote process consistency, and assist with system, reporting, and project-based initiatives.

The position serves as a boots-on-the-ground resource, traveling between centers to support inventory management, procurement workflows, process implementation, and operational readiness. This role is focused on processes, coordination, and systems support rather than personnel management, helping to standardize practices and improve efficiency across the ASC network.

The coordinator will also provide flexible operational support as needed, including assisting with short-term coverage, workflow stabilization, and implementation of network initiatives to ensure continuity and consistency across all centers.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support, Training & Site Coverage

  • Provide onsite, hands-on support for ASC Materials teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in procurement and inventory functions.
  • Travel between centers to assist with inventories, workflow reviews, and day-to-day operational support.
  • Assist with ordering, receiving, inventory control, and supply room organization as needed.
  • Provide short-term coverage during staffing gaps, including support for materials functions and OR surgical scrub coverage as needed to maintain continuity.

Process Support & Standardization

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized supply chain processes across all ASC locations.
  • Assist with documentation, SOP updates, and workflow alignment to improve operational consistency.
  • Help ensure consistent practices in purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain operations across centers.

System & Data Support (ENVI/HST)

  • Assist with system rollout and maintenance, workflow validation, and ongoing system support across ASC locations.
  • Provide support to site staff and Materials Managers for system-related questions and troubleshooting.
  • Support data validation, reporting, and system accuracy between ENVI and HST.
  • Assist with onboarding and training for system use as directed.

Project & Analytics Support

  • Support supply chain initiatives such as ECRI benchmarking, Captis evaluation, and network sourcing projects.
  • Assist with data collection, vendor comparisons, and project tracking for regional initiatives.
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status updates for key supply chain and facilities initiatives.
  • Support reporting efforts, dashboards, and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Vendor, Capital & Facilities Support

  • Assist with vendor coordination, product trials, quotes, and purchasing activities as needed.
  • Support capital equipment tracking, installations, and vendor coordination across centers.
  • Provide support for facilities-related tracking, documentation, and regulatory readiness (AAAHC, KDHE, CMS).

Regional Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as a resource for Materials Managers and ASC leadership teams for operational support and alignment.
  • Communicate updates, process changes, and project status across centers to ensure consistency.
  • Support regional initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and assisting with implementation.

Qualifications

  • Education:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, materials management, or ASC operations preferred.
