- Weekly Gross Pay: $2,600
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Acute Care Case Management and Discharge Planning experience (Required)
- Seasoned travel RN required (First-time travelers will not be considered)
- Active California RN License (Pending license accepted, must be active by start date)
- Epic experience required
- Recent Acute Care Hospital experience required
- Behavioral Health experience alone does not qualify

- Utilization Review
- Admission Criteria & Benefits Eligibility
- Disease Management
- Needs Assessment & DME Coordination
- Prior Authorizations
- Development of Individualized Care Plans
- Family Meetings & Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Arrange SNF Placements, DME, and Ambulance Transportation
- Ensure CMS, Joint Commission, and Department of Health compliance
Preferred Experience
- Emergency Department
- Medical-Surgical
- ICU
- Surgical Services
- Experience working with HMOs, IPAs, and managed care
- Knowledge of homelessness resources, substance abuse treatment, mental health services, foster/adoption processes, advance directives, POLST, and protective services
Facility Highlights

- Weekend rotation required (approximately every other weekend)
- No floating required
- Business attire or scrubs permitted
