Storage Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Storage Engineer with strong expertise in HPE Alletra, HP 3PAR, and Nimble storage platforms to join a mission-critical infrastructure team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and support HPE Alletra, 3PAR, and Nimble storage solutions

• Manage storage provisioning, LUN allocation, VLUNs, host sets, CPGs, and storage performance optimization

• Perform storage migrations using Peer Motion, Online Import, and host-based migration tools

• Administer and troubleshoot SAN environments including Cisco and Brocade fabrics, zoning, VSANs, ISLs, and firmware upgrades

• Implement and support replication and disaster recovery solutions including Remote Copy and Peer Persistence

• Integrate storage with VMware, Hyper-V, Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris, and HPUX environments

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve complex storage and SAN issues

• Perform storage firmware upgrades, capacity planning, performance tuning, and health monitoring using HPE InfoSight and SSMC

• Support backup and recovery integrations with Commvault and NetBackup

• Automate storage operations using scripting, CLI, and REST APIs

• Participate in major incident management, change management, CAB meetings, and 24x7 support activities

🔹 Preferred Experience:

• 5 years of enterprise storage administration experience

• Strong customer-facing and troubleshooting skills

• Experience supporting large-scale production environments
