· Develop project plans, define project goals, scope, budget, and timeline, and create project schedules and timelines.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and to identify and mitigate risks.
· Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
· Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, team members, and vendors, to ensure their needs are met.
· Experience in handling Networking Projects.
· Must have a good understanding of Network Topology.
· Establish and maintain communication channels between project stakeholders to ensure timely and effective information exchange.
· Monitor project progress and report on the project's status, including budget, timeline, and deliverables, to stakeholders.
· Manage changes to project scope, budget, and timeline, and ensure project teams are informed and adapt to new requirements.
· Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
· Complete project deliverables, perform project evaluation, and close out the project by ensuring all loose ends are tied up, and stakeholders are satisfied.
· Evaluate project success and identify opportunities for improvement, including process improvements.
