Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with strong expertise in system integrations and Coupa platform management, ServiceNow Flows.
This role will be responsible for driving procurement operations, optimizing sourcing processes, and ensuring seamless integration between procurement systems and enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of procurement tools, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to partner with cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Operations:
• Manage endtoend procurement activities, including sourcing, requisitioning, vendor onboarding, and PO management.
• Support the development and execution of category strategies across assigned spend areas.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and internal controls.
• Analyze procurement spend to identify optimization opportunities and cost savings.
Integrations & Technical Enablement
• Oversee integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, Finance, AP, Contract systems, etc.).
• Partner with IT to manage integration workflows, APIs, and data mapping.
Process Improvement
• Identify gaps in procurement processes and recommend improvements.
Salary : $50 - $65
