Role Summary
Looking for a Procurement Manager with strong Coupa experience who can manage end-to-end procurement, handle system integrations, and automate workflows using ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full procurement lifecycle (requisition, vendor onboarding, PO management)
- Act as Coupa SME (data, workflows, reporting, troubleshooting)
- Build and manage ServiceNow workflows for automation
- Handle system integrations (Coupa with ERP, Finance, HR systems)
- Work with APIs, data mapping, and process automation
- Collaborate with vendors internal teams (IT, Finance, Legal)
- Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
Required Skills
- 3–7 years in procurement/supply chain
- Strong hands-on Coupa experience (must-have)
- Knowledge of P2P / S2P processes
- Experience with integrations & APIs
- Good analytical stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday)
- Experience in automation / digital transformation
- Project management exposure
