Job Title: Tech Lead Android Developer
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and maintaining Android applications using Kotlin and Java. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality mobile solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin and/or Java.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and release processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and best practices.
Required Skills:
12 years of experience in Android app development.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack Components, and MVVM architecture.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Strong understanding of mobile app UI/UX standards and best practices.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Firebase, Room DB, or RxJava/Coroutines.
Exposure to CI/CD tools and mobile testing frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Must be available to work onsite in Miami, FL, 2–3 days per week.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
