Title: Infra Transition Lead OR Project Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA, USA
Note - A candidate with project coordination experience, ITIL knowledge, work experience in ServiceNow, and a clear understanding of L1 and L2 IT support, along with basic Excel and PowerPoint skills, will be the best fit. Kindly request the candidate to be ready to give a demo of their Excel and PowerPoint skills during the call; demonstrating Excel PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and basic charts will be sufficient.
Certifications: ITIL certification is mandatory, PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
ITIL & ITSM Expertise:
Strong experience with the ITIL framework, processes, and techniques, including Incident, Change, Problem Management, Continual Service Improvement, and Service Operations. Proficient in leveraging the full suite of ITSM modules/tools and using data-driven insights to monitor performance and outcomes. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
