Office Administrator
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, managing financial accounts for clients and office, telephone answering, and assistance in client meetings.
Duties:
- Maintain various client and law firm accounts and produce necessary reports
- Assist with managing tax clients
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate calendar management for meetings, appointments, and events
- Communicate effectively with team members and external parties
- Assist with client meetings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Familiarity with office management practices
