Responsible for supporting all activities related to the CNC Machining Equipment, Process Continuous
Improvement, Quality, Processing Cost, and maximizing Equipment Utilization Ratio.
Description of activities (List of all key tasks/processes actually carried out):

Responsible for assigned CNC Machining Process tasks
Introduce all measures necessary to maintain the standards and process-reliable conditions in
Machining / Cutting process
Train CNC Machining production staff on stable processes to achieving the company's goal
Develop strategies to facilitate engineering objectives (process improvement, continuous
improvement, etc.)
Ensure satisfactory performance of processes and equipment
Collaborate with cross functional team(s) and Department Managers to determine best
practices regarding manufacturing processes for the facility
Trace technical issues and problems to root cause and partner with managers and cross
functional staffs to implement solutions
Create and modify specifications and design guidelines for new product lines, modifications and
improvements
Participate in meetings and perform relevant reporting activities
Participate in all Engineering related topic (New Product, Engineering Changes, etc.)
Carries out all assigned tasks from superiors in a timely manner
Support processing cost improvement, awareness and ensure all production resources,
auxiliary materials and operating supplies are efficiently utilized
Provides material and equipment planning specifications and for optimal quality performance of
the machinery and equipment
Conducts CNC Equipment Operation, Adjustments, and Programming
Lead CNC tooling design and standardization
May Be Required To Perform Other Tasks As Assigned

Education/Professional Requirements:
- BSME or equal. degree/experience
- Background as a Service Engineer.
Required Proficiencies And Additional
qualification:
- Professional experience in an CNC Machining
- Strong CNC programming knowledge
- Working knowledge of SAP, CNC programing
- Microsoft Project Management Preferred
- Teamwork capability
