What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern position at KS Management?
- Responsible for answering incoming calls and greets in person guests in a warm and friendly manner. Determines the purpose of the call or visit and directs the individual to the appropriate resource or resolves when possible.
- Maintains a warm and friendly disposition in all interactions with the public and displays excellent customer service skills.
- Determines the nature of a guest’s visit and directs the individuals to the appropriate resource.
- Enters client payables into the tracking system accurately assigning them to the proper client and coding the entry for the General Ledger.
- Assists with preparing and completing large mailings for the communities we manage.
- Completes data entry for various tracking mechanisms including, utilities, unit sales, etc.
- Schedules work orders and the appropriate staff to complete them.
- Assists with emergency calls and responds appropriately.
- Schedules, tracks and invoices completed work orders in Jobber.
- Updates CAM's on scheduling of work orders as well as progress and completion updates.
- Helps order materials required for upcoming work orders.
- Generates invoices for completed work.
