University Ave Dental is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Dental Assistant to join our highly efficient, technology-driven dental team in Blaine, Minnesota.

We are a modern, digital dental office focused on providing exceptional patient care while creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team. Our office utilizes advanced technology and streamlined systems to help our clinical team work efficiently and deliver an outstanding patient experience.

We are also hiring for our sister location, Osseo Family Dental in Osseo, MN, which means we have multiple opportunities available depending on what schedule and office environment may be the best fit for a candidate.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM -1:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
• Take digital radiographs
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on treatment and oral health
• Support efficient patient flow and schedule management
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service
• Follow OSHA and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Experience with digital dentistry preferred
• Open Dental experience is a plus, but not required
