Role Description
The Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Eagle, ID, with some flexibility for work from home. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting Kryptek products to retail partners, distributors, and end consumers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, presenting product features and benefits, and providing detailed product information tailored to customer needs. As well as offering support in Customer Service. The Sales Specialist will handle order processing, monitor inventory levels in coordination with internal teams, and track sales performance against targets. Additional responsibilities include delivering product training to customers and partners, supporting trade shows and events, and collaborating with marketing and operations to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present product information clearly and build lasting relationships.
- Proven customer service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and creating a positive experience for diverse clients.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a related industry.
- Experience in training others on products or processes, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective sessions.
- Background in sales management or team coordination is beneficial, including forecasting, reporting, and pipeline oversight.
- Knowledge of outdoor apparel, tactical gear, or related markets is a plus
