What are the responsibilities and job description for the Performance Marketing + Social Media Manager (Meta & Google) position at Krustic?
We’re bringing our advertising in-house and looking for a proven operator to own Meta and Google Ads while also leading our social media direction. This role is for someone with real eCommerce experience who can manage campaigns day-to-day, think creatively, and build a long-term growth strategy without being micromanaged.You will own our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads performance from planning to execution to optimization. You’ll manage Google Merchant Center and product feeds, troubleshoot issues, and make sure our tracking and attribution are set up correctly (Pixel/CAPI, GA4/GTM). You’ll also help drive our social media efforts by guiding creative direction, content strategy, and what gets produced based on what actually performs.We need someone who is hands-on, creative, self-motivated, and strategic. You should be comfortable taking responsibility, making decisions, testing new ideas, and reporting clearly on what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re doing next. Requirements:Strong past experience managing Meta and Google Ads for eCommerce brands, solid understanding of Merchant Center and feeds, strong creative instincts for ad angles and hooks, confident with tracking and measurement, and strong strategic thinking with long-term planning. Nice to have:Experience with UGC workflows, landing page/CRO testing, Shopify experience, and strong copy/creative briefing skills. Salary : $4,000 - $4,500
