Social Media Manager Marketing Manager
Job Overview
Own and execute social media strategy, content production, and performance for ACMA brand channels and the CEO’s personal channels. Control short-form and long-form video editing for podcasts and social clips. Operate with minimal oversight. Output driven.
Core Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy and Execution
- Develop and manage content calendars for ACMA and the CEO across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Translate business priorities, thought leadership, and product initiatives into platform native content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice for ACMA while differentiating executive presence for the CEO.
- Publish, schedule, and optimize posts for reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor trends, platform shifts, and competitor activity. Apply fast.
- Executive Social Media Management
- Position the CEO as a credible authority through original commentary, repurposed podcast clips, and timely POV content.
- Edit long-form ideas into high impact short form posts.
- Manage cadence, timing, and narrative continuity across platforms.
- Protect brand and executive reputation through judgment and content filtering.
- Video Editing and Podcast Production
- Edit video and audio podcasts into full episodes and short-form clips for social distribution.
- Add captions, graphics, branding elements, and basic motion where needed.
- Optimize video formats for each platform.
- Maintain an organized media library and production workflow.
- Analytics and Optimization
- Track performance metrics across all channels.
- Report monthly on growth, engagement, and content performance.
- Iterate content strategy based on data, not preference.
- Collaboration and Workflow
- Work directly with leadership, marketing, and content teams.
- Manage approvals efficiently without slowing output.
- Meet deadlines consistently.
Required Experience
- 3 years managing brand and or executive social media accounts.
- Proven experience editing video content for podcasts and social media.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to shift tone between brand and executive voice.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a primary growth channel.
- Ability to operate independently and prioritize high-impact work.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthcare, medical affairs, pharma, or professional education.
- Experience building thought leadership for founders or executives.
- Graphic design capability.

- Consistent growth in followers and engagement for ACMA and CEO accounts.
- High-performing video content with strong completion and share rates.
