Responsibilities:
The Payroll Account Manager will oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax, unemployment, and garnishment regulations. Responsibilities include managing payroll records, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate reporting. Effective communication with clients will be essential to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tulsa, OK, requiring collaboration with various departments and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and have professional phone etiquette. Lastly, this individual should be looking for career longevity. We are looking to hire a self-starter with the desire to grow in and with the company.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Payroll Processing, Tax Compliance, and handling Unemployment and Garnishments
- Excellent Communication and Client Relationship Management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Teams.
- Minimum two years of experience in payroll or HR-related fields
- Previous experience with PrismHR or other payroll software.
- Previous experience in a PEO/EOR setting.
