Responsibilities:

• Disassemble and reassemble furniture and appliances.
• Loading and unloading items with care and attention to detail, ensuring the protection of furniture and fragile items.
• Efficiently pack boxes, while protecting fragile goods.
• Unpack items and arrange them in their new location.
• Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards.
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions customers may have during the moving process.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper vehicle maintenance and adherence to DOT regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• The physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and professional demeanor.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routine.
• Reliable transportation to go to work.
• Prior moving experience (at least 1 year).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Bilingualism is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED certificate preferred but not required.

OUR INDUSTRY LEADING PAY STRUCTURE:

• $16 to $20 an hour.
• Tips: Average $500 per month (approximately $3 to $5 an hour)
• W2 Full employee benefits (not 1099) with Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
