Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general turf care to ensure lush, healthy grass.
- Operate hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and blowers to maintain landscape cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Use power tools including trimmers, lawn mowers, and blowers for landscapes.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks like planting, mulching, pruning trees, and shrubbery care.
- Conduct possible snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
- Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, or gardening is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating power tools and small machinery is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures when handling tools and equipment.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude to contribute effectively within a crew environment.
