Position Overview
Krueger Sheet Metal is seeking a dependable and motivated Sheet Metal Worker to join our fabrication team. This position focuses on the manufacturing of custom stainless steel equipment, architectural sheet metal products, and specialty fabrication projects.
This is a union position. Applicants do not need to currently be union members to apply; however, employees will be required to join the union after hire in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, are willing to learn, and can work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Candidates who are willing and able to travel for installs are strongly preferred. Travel assignments can last up to the full work week with crews returning home for weekends.

Responsibilities
- Fabricate custom sheet metal products from shop drawings and specifications
- Operate fabrication equipment including:
- Press brakes
- Shears
- Roll formers
- Welders
- Grinding and finishing equipment
- Perform layout, forming, assembly, and finishing work on stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, etc.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, work orders, and production instructions
- Maintain quality standards and ensure products are built accurately and efficiently
- Work safely and maintain a clean work environment
- Coordinate with shop supervisors and project managers to complete projects successfully and on schedule
- Previous sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Welding experience is required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and good work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary : $30 - $53
