Workday Technology Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Workday Technology Manager to lead and support enterprise HR technology initiatives across Workday HCM, reporting, integrations, and analytics solutions.
This role will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to support ongoing Workday enhancements, reporting needs, integrations, and system optimization efforts within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday technical and functional initiatives across HR systems
- Support Workday HCM configuration, reporting, integrations, and analytics
- Manage and prioritize HR technology enhancements and support requests
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Support Workday releases, testing, and production activities
- Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Coordinate integration activities with internal and external systems
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to Workday/HRIS team members
- Ensure data integrity, security, and reporting accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience supporting enterprise HR technology platforms
- Strong experience with Workday HCM and HRIS operations
- Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards
- Experience with Workday Integrations including Studio, EIB, or Core Connectors
- Understanding of enterprise HR data flows and system architecture
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
- Experience with Workday Extend
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
- Healthcare or large enterprise environment experience is a plus
