Job Summary
We are seeking senior-level Oracle EBS Functional Consultants to support a large-scale ERP assessment and cloud transformation strategy initiative. This engagement will focus on evaluating the client’s current Oracle EBS HR and Procurement environment and helping define a future-state ERP roadmap, including potential migration to Oracle Cloud or Workday.
This is a highly consultative role requiring strong Oracle EBS functional expertise, ERP modernization experience, and the ability to work directly with business and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assess current Oracle EBS R12 HRMS and Procurement environments
- Analyze existing business processes, configurations, integrations, workflows, and customizations
- Conduct ERP discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops
- Identify gaps, pain points, risks, and modernization opportunities
- Assist in developing ERP cloud migration and transformation strategies
- Evaluate Oracle Cloud and Workday future-state options
- Support roadmap planning, fit-gap analysis, and ERP assessment documentation
- Provide recommendations around ERP modernization, optimization, and cloud readiness
- Collaborate with business, technical, and leadership teams throughout the assessment process
Required Qualifications
- Strong Oracle EBS R12 functional experience
- Experience with Oracle EBS HRMS, Payroll, Procurement, Purchasing, or related modules
- Experience supporting ERP modernization, transformation, or cloud migration initiatives
- Strong consulting and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience conducting assessments, workshops, or fit-gap sessions
- Ability to analyze enterprise ERP environments and provide strategic recommendations
- Oracle certifications preferred Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM or Workday environments
- Public sector or large enterprise ERP experience
- Experience with ERP roadmap planning and transformation strategy
- Experience working in advisory or consulting engagements
