Required Qualifications

  • 7 years of Systems Administration or IT Infrastructure experience
  • Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • SQL Server and T-SQL knowledge
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
  • Experience supporting Windows-based enterprise environments
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or job-shop industry experience
  • SSRS reporting experience
  • Visual Studio or application development exposure
  • ERP administration, customization, or integration experience
  • Experience with process automation and continuous improvement
