Industrial Engineer - Entry level

Seeking entry-level/associate Methods Process Analysts to support production stability and process improvement across Washington State manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production schedules, performance, and resource utilization.
• Identify and resolve safety, quality, cost, and production-flow issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support capacity planning, constraint analysis, and disruption recovery.
• Develop performance metrics and visual tools to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and production support teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

• 1 year of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production experience.
• Experience with process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, capacity planning, or logistics.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills.
