Operations/Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Operations Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team, drive process improvements, implement automation initiatives, and ensure top-tier fulfillment performance, including Amazon FBA and wholesale pick-pack operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance picking, packing, and shipping accuracy while increasing throughput.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.

Warehouse & Fulfillment Management

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless wholesale pick-pack fulfillment and Amazon fulfillment compliance.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy and streamline order fulfillment processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices.

Leadership & Culture Development

• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring employee engagement and professional growth.
• Build and maintain a strong collaborative environment between warehouse operations, supply chain, and customer service teams.

Automation & Technology Advancement

• Evaluate and integrate warehouse automation technologies (conveyor systems, robotics, WMS upgrades, etc.).
• Partner with IT and engineering teams to enhance warehouse management systems (WMS) and data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage data analytics to improve order accuracy, picking efficiency, and labor productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5 years of warehouse operations management experience, preferably in wholesale distribution, eCommerce, or Amazon fulfillment.
• Proven track record of process improvement and automation implementation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and fulfillment best practices.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
