MFG TPC SME (HOURLY)

Position Summary:
A one-year rotational position with return to prior position. Lead or coordinate day-to-day operations of the TPC process. Work with Continuous Improvement Leader to identify opportunities, define process, develop communication and training materials, and guide teams through TPC initiatives. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
• • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Must have completed or be able to complete TPC Process training.

Essential Job Functions:
• • Coach teams to develop standard work and training materials to support concept application.
  • Help coach all shifts to ensure standard work is followed.
  • Ensure proper and timely documentation and communication of standard work.
  • Assist with implementation of best practices.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events as appropriate.
  • Keep current with all Kaizen events within the past six months.
  • Ensure all training materials are updated to reflect improvements
  • Ensure the local Kamishibai program has been updated to ensure changes are being sustained.
  • Support 7/30/60/90 Day reviews.
  • Ensure reviews are conducted on a timely basis.
  • Support review action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements.
  • Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF 2000 Systems.
  • Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles.
