Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active or pending Utah Bar license required
- Previous experience in law (family law preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients and help them with their legal needs
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management
