Uplift Pelvic Health & Wellness, a local, woman-owned clinic redefining pelvic healthcare, specializing in innovative, patient-centered care, is looking for an amazing, authentic communicator and go-getter to be their next Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team of skilled and compassionate practitioners. Our full time therapists maintain a caseload of only 7 to 8 patients a day in order to allow our them to design customized care plans with the best outcomes possible. Besides seeing patients, our team members spend their week collaborating on care, participating in training opportunities and maintaining meticulous patient records to document patient progress and success. Our next therapist will be given extensive training and support to nurture our clients through our three phase approach focused on discovering the root cause of each client’s pain in order to provide them the tools and resources they deserve for holistic body health. The successful candidate excels in problem solving, is enthusiastic about educating clients on the importance of pelvic health, and is dedicated to following proven processes for lasting results.

Roles & Responsibilities of the Pelvic Floor Therapist include the following:
- Provide innovative, effective and caring pelvic floor and orthopedic therapy based on our proven three phase customized care plan model
- Conduct client assessments, develop care plans, track meaningful client progress and document notes in the EMR accurately and reliably
- Participate in team collaborations, team meetings, events, and clinical training opportunities
- Work with providers regularly to provide support, training and development, identify growth areas, and mentor and coach for personal development
The Successful Candidates Will Meet the Following Requirements, Qualifications and Skill Sets:
- An active Utah Physical Therapist License with a clinical internship in pelvic health
- Clinical Doctorate Degree preferred, but willing to consider years of therapy experience in lieu of specific levels of education
- 5-7 years of experience as a Physical Therapist with a minimum of 2 years as a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
- 2 years’ experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic complaints from ankles to neck and everything in between
- 2 years’ leading, mentoring, coaching, onboarding, training and developing a team of 2 or more therapists
- 2 years’ maintaining accurate and timely documentation in an EMR system
- 1 years’ experience working in a cash pay environment; ability to work through money objections to ensure clients complete all therapy in a planned period to work towards an 86% success rate or higher
- Excellent clinical reasoning skills
- Familiarity and working knowledge of motivational interviewing
- Exceptional problem-solving, clinical reasoning and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and follow through skills
- Professional and authentic communication skills
- Excellent typing skills, good computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
- Ability to pass a drug test and background test

Compensation & Benefits for full time:
- $ 80,000 - $ 88,000/year starting pay for 2 years of working experience in pelvic physical therapy; willing to negotiate higher pay based on additional years of (relevant pelvic and orthopedic) experience, leadership abilities, demonstrable skill sets
- Incentive plan also available for therapists motivated to follow processes for successful patient outcomes
