What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist position at Anchor Pelvic Physical Therapy?
Are you passionate about orthopedic and pelvic health and ready to make a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for a kind, motivated, and skilled Pelvic Floor Therapist to join our tight-knit, values-driven team.
We’re not your average clinic. At Anchor, we believe in doing things differently—prioritizing quality over quantity, relationships over quotas, and authentic care over cookie-cutter plans. We take pride in delivering individualized, whole-person treatment in a calm, welcoming environment. No burnout culture here—just a group of clinicians who love what they do and support one another along the way.
What We’re Looking For:
✨ A licensed Occupational Therapist with advanced training or strong interest in pelvic health (Herman & Wallace, or similar coursework preferred).
✨ Someone who values collaboration, kindness, and clear communication.
✨ A therapist who is evidence-informed, creative, and invested in helping patients reach their goals (not just check insurance boxes).
✨ A lifelong learner who enjoys mentoring, being mentored, and growing as both a clinician and human.
✨ A warm and approachable personality—we’re a team of real people who laugh, cry, and celebrate together.
What You’ll Get:
🌿 A flexible, sustainable schedule (no double-booking or stacked 12-hour days)
🌿 One-on-one, 60-minute treatments with the time and space to actually listen and treat
🌿 Supportive onboarding, continuing education, and mentorship
🌿 A clinic culture that celebrates teamwork, wellness, and autonomy
🌿 A chance to grow with a fast-moving, mission-focused business that values its people
🌿 A beautiful clinic space and admin support so you can focus on what you do best—treating patients
Who We Serve:
Our patients are passionate, motivated, and ready for change. From postpartum moms to athletes to people dealing with chronic pelvic pain, we treat across all life stages. We’ve built a reputation for compassionate, expert care—and we’re just getting started.
