Job Summary
We’re looking for a dependable General Laborer to support our field teams and shop operations. This role is hands-on and physical. You’ll be assisting skilled tradespeople, moving materials, prepping job sites, cleaning up, and generally keeping jobs running smoothly. No egos here—just work.

Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and installers on job sites
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform basic construction and demolition tasks
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Help with warehouse/shop organization as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Represent Krise Services professionally with customers and coworkers
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Construction or trade experience is a plus—but not required
