What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Assistant position at Kris Lindahl Real Estate?
You want in. Not just a job. A shot. A seat at the table. A place where speed matters, results win, and every conversation has the power to change someone’s future.
We are hiring one. One recruiting assistant who is ready to jump into a fast paced, high energy environment and learn the real mechanics of influence, sales, and career impact.
This is not a passive support role. This is front line work. Your focus will be dials, conversations, and conversions. We are talking 100 plus outbound calls a day. Most of these are career applicants who have already raised their hand and want to level up. Your job is to reach out, spark real conversations, and move them forward.
You will be working with inbound applicants, but the best results will come from your ability to prospect, follow up, and drive momentum. You will help identify the right people, connect with them, and guide them into real estate careers with one of the most visible brands in the country.
This role is outcome driven. You will be measured by the number of calls made, conversations started, and candidates moved to the next step. You will get direct feedback, real coaching, and hands on mentorship.
You will work directly with me, Kris Lindahl. You will receive mentorship from me and our top recruiting and sales leaders. You will get exposure to high level conversations and gain the kind of skills that translate into elite performance in any sales role.
You must also thrive under accountability. We have the highest standards, and that is why our performance is second to none. If you want to be great, this is the environment to grow fast.
You need to be confident on the phone. Comfortable with fast pace. Excited by results. And hungry to learn.
This is one of the best entry points into a high performance sales career. But we are only hiring one.
If this sounds like you, apply now and tell me why.
Kris
P.S. This opportunity will not sit open. If you wait, you will miss it.
