What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Assistant position at iQor?
Provides support to the recruitment team with clerical duties. Schedules calls, interviews, and assists with balancing calendars. Helps with the initial applicant screening and other duties as assigned.
Location: Nashville TN
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hiring activities
- Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails, creating requisitions, drafting offer letters etc.)
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Calendar coordination- scheduling meetings for recruiting team and interviews for all hiring teams and candidates.
- Greet and assist interviewees onsite.
- Maintain candidate database and other recruiting activity trackers.
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
- Partner with various local teams and concierge team through new hire onboarding (e.g. coordinating orientation agendas, partnering with IT for equipment ordering, etc)

- Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role.
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting.
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements: Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
