Closing Assistant

At Closing Hub, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Closing Assistant to support our Escrow Officers with critical file management and closing-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can independently manage responsibilities without constant oversight.

Responsibilities
- Order and track mortgage payoffs
- Obtain utility payoffs and HOA information
- Review and process final liens, judgments, and bankruptcy-related documents
- Verify financial figures and closing-related numbers for accuracy
- Communicate with lenders, title companies, HOAs, utility providers, and other parties involved in transactions
- Assist Escrow Officers with additional closing and file-related tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records and follow up persistently to ensure deadlines are met

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervision
- Tenacious follow-through and strong accountability
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Title or escrow experience preferred, but not required
- Real estate industry experience required
- (mortgage, title, escrow, real estate sales, lending, or similar fields)
