Apply by emailing careers@krima.tech with your resume and a portfolio link (Figma files or case studies).
Business Overview
Krima is building an AI tool that helps venture capital teams do due diligence faster and better. Users upload deal materials (PDFs, slides, spreadsheets, docs, images), and Krima extracts key metrics, flags risks, benchmarks against peers, and produces a clean dashboard/report.
Responsibilities
- Design in Figma: full flows from “connect data room → ingest → analyze → export,” with polished high-fidelity mockups.
- Prototype interactions: clickable prototypes that cover all states (hover, loading, empty/error).
- UX research: run structured usability tests and short interviews; turn findings into concrete design changes.
- Information architecture: organize deals, files, and insights so users find what they need instantly.
- Data visualization: design dashboards and charts for VC metrics (ARR, churn, NDR, cohorts) with clear context.
- Trust and evidence UX: patterns for citations, click-to-source (open file/page), and confidence markers.
- Design system: build a reusable component style library in Figma (tokens, components, guidelines).
- Engineer handoff: provide specs, redlines, and assets in Figma; document design decisions clearly.
What You Will Need
- Figma proficiency (auto-layout, components/variants, prototyping, styles/tokens).
- Core UX skills: wireframes → high-fidelity mocks; user flows; usability testing; accessible design basics.
- Communication: clear rationale, crisp documentation, and openness to iterate quickly with engineering.
- Portfolio showing product thinking (dashboards or complex workflows are a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Figma skills, with experience turning complex workflows into clean, intuitive dashboards.
- Ability to design interfaces that feel polished and modern, while staying simple enough for busy VC teams to pick up quickly.
- Familiarity with creating design systems (consistent styles, components, layouts) so the product feels cohesive as it grows.
- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces (charts, tables, KPIs) that are easy to scan and interpret.
- Basic literacy in front-end (HTML/CSS/React) to hand off designs smoothly to engineers.
- Curiosity about how VC firms actually work, and the ability to design flows that fit directly into their existing process.
