Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chiropractic Assistant position in Missoula, MT. The Chiropractic Assistant plays a key role in both front-office operations and patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments and managing phone communications
- Performing front desk and receptionist duties
- Supporting daily clinic operations
- Creating a warm, efficient, and professional patient experience

Qualifications
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Experience with scheduling, front desk, or administrative duties preferred
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a busy healthcare setting
- Passion for serving the local community
- High school diploma or equivalent (healthcare experience a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
- $21–$24 per hour (DOE) – with room for advancement
