Compensation can start at a base wage of $20-$26/hr based on previous dental assistant or service oriented work experience. With our robust no match required retirement plan, health insurance reimbursement, and quality patient outcomes incentive, total compensation can exceed $38/hr within 12 months.

Our new state of the art office that was designed for both patient and team member efficiency and comfort. We utilize a fully digital workflow from new patient intake through delivery of final dental work including scanning, radiology, restoration fabrication through 3-D printing and dental milling, and final records.
Job duties and tasks include: direct chairside assisting for direct and indirect restorative procedures, full mouth reconstruction, cosmetic and esthetic dentistry, oral and implant surgery utilizing IV sedation including full mouth implant surgery and same day restoration. Additionally, working with other team members to ensure a comfortable and personalized patient experience. Experience with electronic records, digital radiography, and CBCT preferred but not required. This position will also include performing infection control procedures, taking patient x-rays and impressions utilizing digital scanning, fabrication of temporary crowns, sedation monitoring and completing chart notes. Comfort and ability to learn high technical dental and surgical procedures a must. Availability between 7:00-5:30, Monday-Friday required.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
